1. Minimal Data Collection

At AlphaPredict, we practice data minimization. We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver and authenticate our services:

• Authentication Information: When you log in with Google OAuth, we receive basic public profile information: your name, email address, and avatar URL.
• Subscription & Payment Data: Financial transactions, billing details, and subscription states are securely processed by Whop and Stripe. AlphaPredict never receives or stores your credit card number, CVV, or raw banking credentials.
• Application Preferences: We use local storage on your device to remember user settings, selected currency (USD, MXN, EUR), and platform filters.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

• Authenticate your identity and grant access to Pro tools (AI Vision Scanner, AlphaPicks, Kelly Calculator, Audit Ledger).
• Synchronize your active membership permissions via our secure backend.
• Send essential transactional messages and account notifications (e.g., authentication confirmations, security alerts).

3. Zero Sale of Data & No Intrusive Ad Tracking

AlphaPredict does not run invasive third-party ad-tracking networks or behavioral profiling scripts.

4. Data Security & Retention

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard 256-Bit SSL/TLS encryption. We retain user profile data only as long as your account remains active.

You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team.
