AlphaPredict (accessible at https://www.alphapredictai.com) is a quantitative sports analytics software, odds discrepancy scanner, and mathematical modeling utility (+EV calculations and Kelly Criterion capital sizing).

AlphaPredict is NOT a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, facilitate, or broker wagers of any kind, nor do we receive, hold, or custody user betting funds. All actual betting activities occur independently on licensed third-party platforms chosen solely at the user's discretion.

2. Financial & Sports Betting Risk Disclaimer

All data, probability metrics, and AI vision scanner outputs are provided strictly for informational, educational, and analytical purposes. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and bankroll risk. AlphaPredict is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 or older (or the applicable legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

AlphaPredict Pro is offered on a subscription model:

• 7-Day Trial: Full access to all Pro features (AI Vision Scanner, Live AlphaPicks, Kelly Calculator, and Audit Ledger) for an initial fee of $1.00 USD.
• Monthly Membership: Following the completion of your 7-day trial, the subscription automatically renews at $19.99 USD per month unless cancelled beforehand.

4. Easy 1-Click Cancellation Policy

You have full control over your membership. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Whop Customer Dashboard or by contacting our support team prior to the renewal date.

If you cancel during your 7-day trial, you will retain access for the remainder of the trial period and will NOT be billed the recurring $19.99/mo charge.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the instant delivery of computational AI server resources and proprietary statistical feeds, the initial $1.00 USD trial access fee is final and non-refundable. Canceling your subscription immediately stops future renewal cycles without cancellation penalties.
